Here we have some diets  you might not hear but they are really popular around the world and a lot of celebrites  have followed them.

    The 7-Day Color Diet
Different colored foods have different nutritional benefits. This category system of colors makes it easier to fill in the nutrient gaps. Each day of the week has  specific color. Day one is white, day two is red, day three is green, day four is orange, day five is purple, day six is yellow, and on day seven you can eat all the colors.
White foods contain anthoxanthins, which may lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Red foods contain lycopene, which may reduce prostate cancer risk. Green foods contain chlorophyll which can also help protect against cancer.
Orange/yellow foods contain carotenoids, which help with eye health and help prevent heart disease. Purple foods contain anthocyanins, which protect your cells from damage.

    The Baby Food Diet
This is not a weight loss diet, but a plan to help you keep off pounds you’ve already shed.
Due to the face that the baby food diet is an interpreted diet, there are many variations of the baby food diet.
1. Replace 1-2 meals per day per day

One reason why people turn towards a diet eating baby food is that it becomes easier to give up on cooking. It was conceived by Tracy Anderson ( celebrity trainer ) and used on many celebrities for example : Kelly Ripa, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston.

   The juice diet

The calorie intake is usually very restricted. Many juice diets involve not eating other foods and only drinking juice, while some involve eating particular foods as well – those are followed for longer periods of time.Juice-only diets are usually vegetarian and can also be vegan, although some plans allow you to add honey or yogurt to the juices. Blake Lively and Nikki Reed are said to be fans of consuming juices the same as Jessica Alba or Miranda Kerr.

  The South Beach Diet
On this diet you are learning to choose the right carbs and the right fats.
southbeach dietThere are three phases, with Phase 1 the most restrictive: no bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, or fruit. In the second step, you can start eating fruits, some cereals, pasta and bread but in small amounts.When you achive your target weight, you should move to the third step. In the last step, you define your diet for a longer period if you want you can stay there for life.Here you can actually eat what you want but your aim is to not starting to gain weight.
